Leadership Summit 07

Today, we begin our first Leadership Summit as pastors of The Springs. This will be an interesting year. I've been attending this particular conference since 1998. I've gone as a part of three different churches and this year makes four. I'm always energized and inspired after two and a half days listening to some influential people share their stories and learnings from years past. This year should be no different...Colin Powell and Jimmy Carter are two of the speakers this year. I am really looking forward to hearing Carly Fiorina this morning. She was the president and CEO of Hewlett-Packard up until 2005.

Cameron, Pete and Justin are the Springs that are going this morning, even though Justin is pulling double-duty. I will post later today, with some thoughts from the day. I'm in the middle of some great reading - Organic Church by Neil Cole. He is a Spring...way out in California!
