I have to admit that I'm a little giddy today. I've got my Baylor University sweatshirt on and it's covering another BU t-shirt. A couple of years ago I felt similar when our baseball team made the College World Series. Prior to that when our women won the NCAA championship in basketball, I was very excited. But c'mon...this is the biggest sports day in the year for colleges...it's March Madness baby!
Six years ago, we almost got the "death penalty" for our program, and now thanks to the remarkable job of our school, our coach, and some great players, we are dancing in Coach Drew's 5th season. This is huge! I'm loving life today and when we beat Purdue to move on and play the winner of Xavier and Georgia, I'll write some more.
